How do I access my items?
After you checkout, we will send you a link to your items by email and text message. This link will take you to your online pass. Your online pass is a mobile friendly website that has everything you will need.
What do I do if I lost the link to my pass?
Go here to request a new link to your pass:

Why can't I find all my items in my pass?
All items expire after a certain amount of time if they are not used. Once they expire, they are eventually removed from your pass.
What is the #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip?
It is a FREE mobile-friendly gamified savings program. At your fingertips, you will have access to offers, discounts and more right from your mobile device. You can start your Saskatchewan adventure right away by going to www.explore.tourismsaskatchewan.com to sign up.
Is the #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip an App?
No, it is not App and there is no downloading required. Account users can access the program via a link provided through text or email. You will have the option of adding the program icon to your home screen for easy access at anytime, similar to bookmarking a web page.
Who can sign up for the #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip?
The program is open to all residents of Canada excluding residents of the Province of Quebec. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter this program. CAA Saskatchewan, Parks Canada, Saskatchewan Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport, and Tourism Saskatchewan’s employees, service providers, contractors, and their immediate families (i.e., their spouses, siblings, children, spouses’ parents, and the spouses of any of those individuals) and their household members (related or not), and anyone otherwise connected with the program, are not eligible to participate at any time.
How do I sign up for the #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip?
Go to www.explore.tourismsaskatchewan.com. Click on the green “Start Your Adventure” button.
Verify that you are 18 years old or older and that you have read the Terms and Conditions.
Fill in some basic information and select ‘Complete Sign up’.
Within seconds of submitting your form, you will receive a text and email confirming program access. Click on the link provided and you are ready to go!
Once you are within the Road Trip’s home page, you will see a list of all parks, historical sites and participating merchants within the program. Open the nearby deals and discounts tab to view available offers. The staff person will redeem your offer and you enjoy the benefits.
I noticed there are prizes. How do I qualify for those?
There are 37 designated sites that you will be required to check-in at to be eligible for prizes. The following are the levels of prizing available (valid while supplies last):
Visit 5 sites to earn a 16-oz. vacuum Tumbler
Visit 10 sites to earn a Hardpressed Print Studio Souvenir Map Poster
Visit 20 sites to earn a Yeti Hopper Backflip Cooler including local Saskatchewan food and drinks
Be the first to visit all 37 sites to win an all-expense paid trip for two to Athabasca Sand Dunes in 2022 for eight days and seven nights.
Featured sites include a mix of provincial and national parks and historical sites. When you are at the featured location, press the check-in button. Once you do, you will automatically start working your way toward achieving prize levels.
How do I ‘check-in’ to the various sites to qualify for prizes?
You will have to allow permission for your browser to retrieve your location. You will not be able to check-in without having this enabled. Geo-location data is anonymized and provides a unique and persistent, yet anonymous, device ID. Further steps have been taken to ensure your privacy. For further information on this, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
I think I qualify for a prize. How do I know for sure?
Each time you check-in at one of the featured parks or historical sites, you will be working your way up to achieving the next level of prizing. Once you have reached the required levels you will be notified by text, email and a notification will also appear in your program feed.
I won a prize - how and when will I receive it?
Congratulations! When you achieve a prize level, you will receive a text, email and a notification in your program feed. Simply click the provided link, fill out the required mailing information and within 4-6 weeks you will receive your prize. Your prize will be sent via regular parcel.
When does the #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip expire?
The program will run from 12:00 a.m. May 31, 2021, to 11:59 p.m. May 30, 2022. Please check each deal or discount to determine restrictions that apply.
What if I don’t have a cell phone?
Participation in this program requires a smart device with GPS capability and internet connection.
Will my personal information be sold to a third party?
No, your information will be kept confidential and the sole property of Tourism Saskatchewan.
Can I transfer my account to someone else to use?
No. Your account is unique to you as a user. The #ExploreSask Parks Road Trip is not transferable.
